Our values of integrity, collaboration, and excellence enable us to lead the industry in providing the optimal solution for our clients.\nThe Junior Accounts Payable Associate supports the accounts payable function by processing standard vendor invoices, performing routine matching and data entry, and assisting with vendor account reconciliations using work instructions and in compliance with company policies and internal controls.\nResponsibilities\nAccounts Payable processing\nProcess high volume vendor invoices accurately.\nPerform 2-way/3-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices manually.\nReview, code, and process non-PO invoices.\nUpload and route invoices through the AP workflow system.\nMaintain data entry accuracy and meet daily processing volume expectations.\nActively build knowledge of the companies AP processes, PO lifecycle, and ERP system functionality.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nInvoices mismatches and Vendor queries\nResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and account variances\nRespond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner.\nObtain approvals and missing supporting documentation.\nQualifications\nAccuracy in data entry in a high-volume environment.\nTeam-oriented with a positive, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment.\nBasic understanding of 2-way/3-way matching and PO processes.\nMinimum 1-3 years Accounts Payable experience.\nExperience in shared services preferred.\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.\nAdditional Information\nSalary Range: : $22-30/hr\n\nActual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law\nBenefits\n401(k) + matching \nHealth, Dental, Vision insurance \nLife insurance \nPaid time off (PTO) \nHoliday Pay \nKeller is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
