Our values of integrity, collaboration, and excellence enable us to lead the industry in providing the optimal solution for our clients.\nKeller is looking for an experienced HSEQ Coordinator based out of our Chicago, IL location.\nResponsibilities\nIn this hands-on position, you will work directly with the Regional Safety Manager with the following:\nAssisting with directing safety and environmental hazard activities for the region\nAssisting Regional Senior Vice President with ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local safety and environmental regulations\nConducting routine safety inspections as directed by the Safety Manager \nReporting inspection results to the Safety Manager \nAssisting with acquiring resources for corrective action when needed \nConducting and following up with safety inspections to ensure closure of items identified as unsafe, defective or non-compliant \nFacilitating training for employees on a variety of safety and environmental topics as needed \nAssisting in the development, implementation and enforcement of Company Safety Policies and Procedures\nQualifications\nQualified candidates will have:\nBS Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, or related discipline\n2-5 year’s hands on experience in Safety\nConstruction industry experience preferred\nBilingual a plus\nRegional Travel required\nAdditional Information\nSalary Range : $70-95K per year, DOEActual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law Benefits:\n 401(k) + matching\n Health, Dental, Vision insurance\n Life insurance\n Paid time off (PTO)\n Holiday Pay\nKeller is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
