Our values of integrity, collaboration, and excellence enable us to lead the industry in providing optimal solutions for our clients.\nPosition Overview\nKeller is seeking a dedicated and proactive HSEQ Coordinator who is willing to travel all over the United States and possibly Canada to provide fulltime safety support on a variety of projects. In this hands-on role, you will work directly with the Business Unit Safety Team and project crews to promote a safe and compliant work environment. Relocation is not required. Candidates can be based anywhere in the United States. This is a heavy travel position.\nResponsibilities\nAssist in directing safety and environmental hazard activities for a project(s).\nSupport the project team in ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations.\nConduct routine safety inspections as directed by the Business Unit Safety Manager over the project.\nReport inspection results to the Business Unit Safety Manager over the project and assist with corrective action planning.\nAcquire necessary resources to close out corrective actions as needed.\nConduct and follow up on safety inspections to ensure closure of unsafe, defective, or non-compliant items.\nFacilitate employee training on various safety and environmental topics as required.\nAssist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of company safety policies and procedures.\nQualifications\nCSP, CHST, OSHT, and other accredited professional designations are preferred. \nBilingual in English and Spanish preferred.\nMinimum 3-5 years of construction safety experience preferred. \nBasic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required.\nConstruction industry experience preferred.\nValid Driver’s License and travel documentation\nAvailable for continuous, year-round project travel.\nAdditional Information\nSalary Range: $75,000 to $100,000 per year, DOE\n\nActual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law\nBenefits\n401(k) + matching \nHealth, Dental, Vision insurance \nLife insurance \nPaid time off (PTO) \nHoliday Pay \nKeller is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
