Our values of integrity, collaboration, and excellence enable us to lead the industry in providing the optimal solution for our clients\nKeller is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator based out of our Las Vegas, NV location.\nThe Project Coordinator will provide support during the preconstruction and project delivery phases of our work.\nResponsibilities\nPreconstruction\nHelp communicate with clients as needed to identify and/or define project requirements, scopes and objectives, and intent to bid \nAssist with pre-bid qualifications and bidders list \nCheck ITB’s for scope. Search for potential projects \nComplete initial screen, project proposal template, and initial estimate (if applicable) \nReview documents with team and track opportunities. \nCreate opportunities in Groundworks (or similar) and SharePoint site \nMonitor and track project progress. Notify the team of any changes (through bid list, opportunity status reports and meeting agenda) and make Groundworks updates required. \nDownload documents (plans, specs, geotechnical report and addenda) from plan rooms and perform assessment to convey to team. \nMonitor Texas Estimating Inbox (as required) \nProject Delivery\nCollect forms for new vendor set up \nOpen PO’s as needed. Set up material delivery with operations feedback if requested. \nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation \nCreate SharePoint site and upload all files over \nCreate Blue books for projects \nAssist Superintendent with daily report updates (as needed) \nAs needed coordinate with KNA Safety Reps to gather and furnish Project/Contractor Required Safety Documents and Certifications. If applicable, schedule/setup special trainings, certifications, or drug testing for our personnel as needed. \nCall in 811 tickets (with PM’s help) and keep GW and project team updated on current expiration dates. Renew tickets for ongoing projects as needed and convey that to the project team. \nFacilitate enrollment in OCIP/CCIP programs \nRequest COI as needed \nRequest P&P Bonds \nProvide support in shipping any items to clients and/or job sites. \nPut together vendor sub-contracts as needed. \nSend executed change orders back to Client. \nProvide support during monthly billing process as needed (details below). \nSetup SOVs in GW (with PM’s help) \nReview SOV’s monthly with the PM and submit progress payments/monthly billing to the Client as well as conditional/unconditional waivers. \nEnter/update billing on GW each month after progress payments are submitted to Client. \nFollow up with Client’s AP regarding payment/cash collection and retention closeout. \nFacilitate pricing of materials (e.g. casing, aggregate pier materials, grouting materials) and equipment rentals. Keep list of updated pricing for common materials and equipment rentals as well as accurate vendor contact list with typical lead times for delivery. \nMake certain that the project manager needs are met as the project evolves \nEngineering\nAutoCAD drawings \nCompile documentation for Engineer review as required.
