You will create structures, processes and decision-making foundations that enable sustainable growth and further strengthen our market position.\nYou develop, implement and optimise scalable business development processes for the entire firm.\nYou support and advise our partners on pitches, proposals, client acquisition and client development initiatives.\nYou establish and further develop reporting and analytics structures to make business development activities transparent and support well-founded decisions.\nYou analyse data, identify patterns and derive concrete recommendations for action as well as growth opportunities.\nYou work closely with Partners, top management and internal stakeholders across all locations.\nYou promote the use of our CRM system and help ensure that data can be used optimally as a strategic basis for decision-making.\nYou support the development and implementation of business development strategies at firm and practice group level.\nYour profile\nYou have several years of experience, at least five years, in business development within professional services companies, ideally in a law firm, consulting firm or audit firm.\nYou are very familiar with selling advisory and knowledge-based services.\nBuilding and further developing processes, systems and business development structures is one of your strengths.\nYou naturally use data, KPIs and reports as a basis for sound decisions.\nYou are confident using Excel; ideally, you also have experience with BI solutions and CRM systems.\nYou enjoy engaging with partners and other stakeholders at different levels.\nYou work independently, in a structured way and with a solution-oriented mindset.\nYou have excellent German and English skills;
