You will combine strategic leadership with operational ownership of test plans, test data, our Jira based Zephyr Scale tool and readiness reporting, giving you clear visibility and influence across the testing lifecycle.\nYou will be part of an international, collaborative environment that values knowledge sharing, innovation and continuous improvement, with professional development opportunities to deepen your expertise in ERP test governance, programme delivery and stakeholder collaboration.\nHow You will spend Your Time as our next ERP Test Manager\nYou will steer testing from initial planning through SIT, UAT and readiness decisions, coordinating resources, environments, test data and stakeholders while maintaining clear oversight of progress, risks and priorities.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead end-to-end test management for assigned ERP implementation programmes, covering test strategy, plans, resources, environments, test cases, scripts and cycles\n\nDefine, source and manage the test data strategy in collaboration with the relevant teams\n\nPrepare test plans using MS Project, Jira or similar tools, and coordinate priorities and schedules transparently with business stakeholders\n\nManage Zephyr Scale, including test case repositories, test cycles, execution workflows and the organisation of test scripts across projects\n\nSupport the test automation strategy by working with specialist teams to identify and prepare suitable manual test scripts\n\nApply ISTQB test management principles and communicate clear roles and responsibilities to everyone involved in testing\n\nLead stand-up meetings and wider stakeholder forums across SIT, UAT and other testing phases to communicate progress and address issues, risks and obstacles\n\nProvide daily status updates that give stakeholders a clear view of testing activities, milestones and delivery readiness\n\nFollow up proactively with team members and stakeholders, drive accountability and help ensure agreed tasks are completed on time\n\nTravel to project locations during critical testing phases to provide on-site leadership and support successful execution\n\nRequirements\nWhat We Expect of You\nEssential Skills & Experience\nProven experience as a Test Manager in large transformation projects, including responsibility for testing across multiple ERP implementations and EDI-related scope; experience with Infor ERP is an advantage\n\nFamiliarity with unit testing and how it contributes to overall test readiness, alongside experience coordinating smoke testing, regression testing, SIT and UAT\n\nSolid understanding of core processes in the food and beverage industry\n\nProficiency in MS Project or similar tools for test planning and timeline management, together with good knowledge of Jira and Zephyr Scale\n\nAdvanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, charts, formulas, functions, macros and dashboards\n\nSound understanding of test automation concepts, processes and tools, with the ability to collaborate effectively with specialist teams\n\nFamiliarity with ISTQB test management principles and methods\n\nPractical knowledge of IT service management, IT project management and change management\n\nStrong organisational, coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach and the ability to drive timely completion under pressure\n\nWillingness to travel to project locations during critical testing phases, estimated at 30% per year\n\nAbility to work effectively in a complex, collaborative matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural and geographically diverse setting\n\nStrong analytical mindset, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the capacity for mature judgment in challenging situations\n\nA strong command of spoken and written English is required, and knowledge of German is considered a plus\n\nValuable Experience\nISTQB Foundation Level or ISTQB Certified Test Manager certification\n\nHands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright or similar\n\nITIL or PRINCE2 certification, or comparable project management credentials\n\nImportant: Applicants must have the legal right to work in Germany.
