You will have group-wide visibility, shape security-by-design decisions, introduce modern security technologies and strengthen the services underpinning Intersnack's digital journey.\nYou will be part of an international, collaborative environment that values knowledge sharing, innovation and continuous improvement, with professional development opportunities to deepen your expertise in infrastructure security, IT service management and solution architecture.\nHow you will spend your time as our next Security Services Tower Manager\nYou will guide infrastructure security services from architecture and control design through lifecycle management, service delivery and continuous improvement, in close collaboration with internal teams across various Intersnack locations, technology partners and service providers.\nManage the infrastructure security services portfolio, lifecycle, technology roadmap and service delivery, ensuring performance, availability and business continuity\n\nEnsure that security services work seamlessly together and remain resilient and scalable\n\nDefine and maintain technology standards, guidelines and procedures within the infrastructure security domain, ensuring alignment with IT governance frameworks, including ITIL, ISO 27001/2 and GDPR, as well as relevant industry best practices\n\nEvaluate the effectiveness of existing security controls and recommend improvements or additional solutions to address identified gaps or vulnerabilities\n\nSupport solution architecture initiatives by providing security requirements, design guidance and technical reviews for infrastructure and security projects\n\nCollaborate with infrastructure architects and the Network, Cloud, Digital Workplace and Application Tower Managers to ensure secure-by-design solutions\n\nIdentify and implement IT solutions in project environments that improve scalability, support new service needs, increase operational efficiency and strengthen security, contributing directly to Intersnack's digital transformation goals\n\nMaintain a comprehensive service catalogue and use capacity planning, performance monitoring and continual service improvement to enable consistent security service delivery across the organisation\n\nOwn the security service delivery contracts with our primary IT Vendor, oversee vendors, service providers and internal IT personnel, and ensure effective IT service management and strong contractual performance\n\nSupport technical incidents and complex problem resolution with third-party partners, while managing changes to minimise production risks and ensure the timely resolution of service requests\n\nRequirements\nWhat we expect of you\nEssential Skills & Experience\nExtensive professional experience in IT, with proven expertise in IT service management, infrastructure environments and team or service leadership\n\nIn-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure security, cyber security operations or security engineering\n\nGood understanding of infrastructure and architecture principles, security frameworks and Zero Trust concepts\n\nProven hands-on experience with SOC, SIEM, EDR, NDR, incident response and vulnerability management\n\nStrong understanding of ITIL-based service management and experience supporting global IT operations\n\nExperience in capacity planning, service optimisation and continuous service improvement\n\nExcellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach to stakeholder and vendor management\n\nFamiliarity with vendor management, contract performance tracking and budget awareness\n\nAbility to work effectively in a complex, collaborative matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural and geographically diverse setting\n\nStrong analytical mindset, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the capacity for mature judgment in challenging situations\n\nA strong command of spoken and written English is required, and knowledge of German is considered a plus\n\nPlease note: This role may involve occasional travel up to 20% to other Intersnack locations outside Düsseldorf, depending on project requirements.\n\nValuable Experience\nExperience working across several infrastructure towers, such as EUC, Groupware, Networks, Data Centre and Cloud, Storage, and Infrastructure Applications\n\nImportant: Applicants must have the legal right to work in Germany.
