This Role This position focuses on commercial retrofit HVAC work - upgrading and replacing existing building systems including HVAC equipment to improve energy efficiency, meet code requirements, and boost overall performance.\nThis role would support work throughout the Northeast including Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maryland, Rhode Island, and DC. \nWhat You'll Do\nRemove and replace commercial heating and cooling equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, chillers, and rooftop package units.\nInstall modern systems such as Variable Air Volume (VAV) and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) equipment, along with advanced building controls.\nRun low-voltage control wiring and complete rough-in work.\nAssist with light sheet metal fabrication and installation as needed.\nFollow all applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations.\nCommunicate with customers on-site to answer questions and explain work being performed.\nWork alongside crew members to keep projects on schedule and meet customer expectations.\nWhat You'll Bring\n3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience.\nProficiency with VRF Systems and light commercial work.\nAbility to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and manufacturer documentation.\nPhysical capability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in confined spaces.\nSolid troubleshooting instincts when installation challenges arise.\nEPA Universal certification required.\nOSHA 10 required.\nWhat You'll Get\nPay commensurate with experience up to $42/hour.\nMedical, dental, and vision coverage.\nPTO and paid
