United as “One Kelvion,” our global team delivers innovative solutions that drive customer success and support a sustainable future.\nTogether, We Shape the Future\nYour Responsibilities\nDevelop innovative heat exchanger solutions from initial concept through to production, supporting both new and existing products.\nCreate and maintain manufacturable 3D designs, 2D drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation using Autodesk Inventor and PDM systems.\nImprove product performance, efficiency, reliability, and manufacturability by applying expertise in mechanical assemblies, manufacturing processes, and sheet-metal design.\nTransform complex CAD assemblies into accurate and efficient FEA-ready models while preserving structural behavior and relevant load paths.\nDefine appropriate FEA representations, including simulation topology, thicknesses, connections, and interfaces.\nCollaborate with structural analysts to agree on modelling assumptions, required outputs, and suitable analysis approaches.\nResolve geometry and meshing issues, verify model integrity, and clearly document assumptions before analysis.\nProvide technical support for prototypes, initial manufacturing, existing products, and global product transfers.\nManage assigned workstreams, priorities, risks, budgets, and deadlines in line with project requirements.\nCollaborate across global, multidisciplinary teams while maintaining accurate and controlled documentation.\nSupport standardization, design automation, continuous improvement, and the development of efficient CAD-to-FEA workflows.\nPromote safety and use sound engineering judgement when addressing technical challenges.\nYour Profile\nDegree or relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.\nStrong Autodesk Inventor skills, including 3D modelling, 2D drafting, complex assemblies, and surface modelling.\nExperience simplifying and defeaturing CAD geometry for engineering or structural analysis.\nGood understanding of engineering drawings, mechanical assemblies, manufacturing processes, and BOM/BOL structures.\nFamiliarity with Autodesk Vault or a comparable product data management system.\nAbility to clearly document technical information, design decisions, and engineering assumptions.\nExperience in FEA modelling, structural analysis, or model preparation would be an advantage.\nUnderstanding of structural mechanics, load paths, and shell, beam, and solid idealization is desirable.\nFamiliarity with meshing, model quality, and analysis software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or LS-DYNA would be beneficial.\nExperience in sheet-metal design, prototyping, manufacturing support, or global product transfers is desirable.\nAutodesk Inventor programming or design automation experience would be an advantage.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to take ownership of workstreams and collaborate effectively within global, multidisciplinary, and matrix teams.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nWillingness to travel when required.Closing date for applications: 13th November\n\nAt Kelvion we thrive on collaboration, embracing diversity of thought, and valuing every voice.
