United as “One Kelvion,” our global team delivers innovative solutions that drive customer success and support a sustainable future.\nTogether, We Shape the Future\nYour Responsibilities\nLead the design and development of innovative heat exchanger products and provide technical support for the existing product range.\nConduct technical analyses to optimize product performance and efficiency.\nDevelop and support product designs within the local and global Technology teams.\nIndependently manage engineering workstreams, including prototype design, development, and initial manufacturing support.\nManage and execute product transfers across global manufacturing sites.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Line Management, New Product Introduction, Global Sales & Solutions, Supply Chain, Production Engineering, HSE, Quality, and global manufacturing sites.\nDeliver assigned projects on time and within budget, using a structured project management approach.\nPromote a strong safety culture and apply a safety-focused approach throughout engineering and development activities.\nYour Profile\nExperience in 3D modelling and 2D drafting using Autodesk Inventor.\nFamiliarity with Autodesk Vault or other Product Data Management (PDM) systems.\nGood understanding of manufacturing processes and BOM/BOL structures.\nStrong technical documentation writing skills.\nIndustry experience is preferred, ideally 5+ years, although candidates with less experience and the appropriate capabilities are also encouraged to apply.\nExperience with multi-level 3D assemblies and sheet metal fabrication would be an advantage.\nProgramming experience in Autodesk Inventor would be desirable.\nConfident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.\nAbility to collaborate effectively within virtual, international teams and across a global matrix organization.\nGood written and spoken English.\nWillingness to travel when required.\nClosing date: 13th November\nAt Kelvion we thrive on collaboration, embracing diversity of thought, and valuing every voice.
