U speelt een centrale rol bij het ontwerpen, verbeteren en in stand houden van productieprocessen en draagt tegelijkertijd bij aan innovatie en technische ontwikkeling binnen de organisatie.\nU werkt nauw samen met de afdelingen Productie, Maintenance en andere disciplines om ervoor te zorgen dat onze producten efficiënt, veilig en volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen worden geproduceerd.\nIn deze functie rapporteert u zowel aan de Manufacturing Manager in Almere als aan de Manufacturing Manager in Doetinchem. Uw standplaats is Almere.\nUw verantwoordelijkheden\nOntwerpen, valideren en optimaliseren van productieprocessen om efficiëntie, veiligheid en kwaliteit te waarborgen;\nUitvoeren van tijdstudies, lijnbalancering en capaciteitsanalyses om de productieprestaties te verbeteren;\nImplementeren van proces- en apparatuurverbeteringen om verspilling te verminderen en de productiviteit te verhogen;\nSpecificeren en inkopen van productieapparatuur en ondersteunen bij de ingebruikname volgens de geldende normen;\nLeiden van investeringsprojecten (CAPEX) en ondersteunen van automatiseringsinitiatieven en technologische moderniseringen;\nOndersteunen bij de introductie van nieuwe producten en processen in de productie, inclusief het opstellen van werkinstructies;\nWaarborgen van de naleving van HSE-richtlijnen (gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu) en bijdragen aan initiatieven op het gebied van arbeidsveiligheid en duurzaamheid;\nSamenwerken met IT en andere afdelingen aan digitaliseringsinitiatieven, zoals Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) en Industry 4.0.\nUw profiel\nEen afgeronde bacheloropleiding in engineering, productietechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische richting;\nEerste werkervaring binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving (afhankelijk van het ervaringsniveau komen ook meer ervaren kandidaten in aanmerking);\nGedegen kennis van productieprocessen en de principes van continue verbetering;\nEen analytische instelling en sterk probleemoplossend vermogen;\nGoede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met verschillende afdelingen;\nVloeiende beheersing van de Engelse taal (kennis van het Nederlands is een pré).\nWat wij u bieden\nEen afwisselende en veelzijdige functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week;\nEen aantrekkelijk basissalaris tussen € 4.500 en € 5.750 bruto per maand, aangevuld met een gegarandeerde bonus;\nArbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao Metalektro, waaronder 27 vakantiedagen, 13 ATV-dagen en een pensioenregeling via het PME-pensioenfonds;\nEen collegiale en internationale werkomgeving!\nOns succes is gebaseerd op samenwerking. You will play a key role in designing, improving and maintaining manufacturing processes, while supporting innovation and technical excellence across the organisation.\nYou will work closely with Production, Maintenance, and other functions to ensure products can be manufactured efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards.\nIn this role, you will report to both the Manufacturing Manager in Almere and the Manufacturing Manager in Doetinchem.
