United as “One Kelvion,” our global team delivers innovative solutions that drive customer success and support a sustainable future.\nTogether, We Shape the Future\nYour Responsibilities\nSupport the mechanical design and development of cooling distribution units (CDUs), pump skids, and related assemblies.\nCreate and update 3D models and 2D technical drawings using Autodesk Inventor, based on P&ID inputs and mechanical design standards.\nRead and interpret P&ID diagrams to identify components, flow paths, instrumentation, and mechanical interfaces.\nApply mechanical design principles relating to piping layouts, supports, frames, tolerances, manufacturability, and assembly constraints.\nEnsure that 3D models accurately reflect process requirements, including flow direction, valve types, and instrumentation placement, while maintaining mechanical feasibility.\nPrepare and maintain bills of materials, component lists, layout documentation, revision logs, and drawing packages.\nCollaborate with Process Engineering, Global Solutions Engineering, customers, and global Technology teams to develop solutions optimized for specific applications.\nContribute to the technical analysis of heat exchanger designs and support product development, product improvements, and global product transfers.\nDevelop designs suitable for global manufacturing and contribute to design-to-cost initiatives across Kelvion locations.\nManage engineering changes across multiple sites and provide support during prototype development and initial manufacturing.\nSupport FEA and CFD analyses when required for specific projects.\nRepresent Kelvion during collaborative customer projects and site visits, while ensuring that deliverables are completed in a structured manner and in line with project timelines.\nYour Profile\nA technical qualification or relevant professional experience in mechanical design, engineering, or a comparable field.\nExperience using Autodesk Inventor to create 3D models and 2D technical drawings.\nAbility to read and interpret P&ID diagrams and visualize mechanical systems based on process information.\nGood understanding of piping layouts, supports, frames, tolerances, manufacturability, and assembly constraints.\nExposure to industrial equipment, piping systems, pump skids, or manufacturing environments is desirable.\nBasic knowledge of heat exchangers would be an advantage.\nConfident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.\nStructured and organized approach to work, with the ability to manage tasks according to project requirements and timelines.\nStrong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with process engineers, customers, and multidisciplinary global teams.\nWillingness to learn, develop, and work within a diverse, global matrix organization.\nFluent written and spoken English.\nWillingness to travel when required.\nClosing date for applications: 19th November\nAt Kelvion we thrive on collaboration, embracing diversity of thought, and valuing every voice.
