targets.\nAnalyze market trends and business drivers impacting financial performance.\nAutomate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.\nCollaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop revenue, margin, operating expenses for budgeting process.\nPerform detailed monthly variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year results.\nIdentify key drivers impacting revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability.\nConduct financial deep-dive analyses and provide actionable recommendations to management.\nPrepare management reports and performance dashboards highlighting risks and opportunities.\nPresent financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.\nSupport internal and external audit processes.\nCollaborate with Accounting teams to ensure alignment between actual results and management reporting.\nAccurate calculation of variable compensation incentives as per the approved plan.\nQualifications\nCA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with minimum of 5+ years of work experience in FP&A
