We provide product solutions and options to customers in more than 120 countries.\nA privately held, family-owned and operated company, Kemin has more than 3,000 global employees and operates in 90 countries, including manufacturing facilities in Belgium, Brazil, China, India, Italy, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, and the United States.\nResponsibilities\nMaintaining a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.\nImproving OEE, throughput, yield, and overall manufacturing performance.\nReducing waste, rework, and production losses.\nEnsuring on-time delivery and service reliability.\nDeveloping people and building a high-performing production organization.\nSupporting cost management and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure employees are trained on equipment, SOP’s and other procedures.\nEnsures the Master Sanitation Schedule and GMP practices are adhered to by the department.\nCommunicate with all departments and necessary business units regarding production needs.\nEnsures the product meets established production standards\nCoordination of production activities at two plants, located in Crema and Parma, respectively.\nManagement and coordination of resources at the two production sites.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, or a strong technical background.\nProfessional experience in the food and/or chemical-pharmaceutical industries.\nExperience in production management within structured environments and in supervising and managing resources.\nGood knowledge of English.\nExcellent knowledge of equipment and how to use it, in accordance with production needs.\nAbility to lead, train, and motivate staff, in accordance with the principles of servant leadership.\nHigh degree of autonomy, a sense of responsibility, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.\nAbility to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), apply logical reasoning, solve problems, and correctly handle mixtures, measurements, and weighings.\nGood mechanical skills and advanced problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.\nPrecision and attention to detail, with the ability to inspect raw materials and finished products.\nGood mathematical skills and the ability to accurately manage data and documentation.\nAdvanced computer skills, including data entry and document management.\nJob Offer Details\nContract: Permanent\nWorking hours: full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times.\nAnnual gross salary (RAL): 1 level CCNL Food Industry; Range RAL: 50,000-60,000 euro.
