Learn more about Kemira at www.kemira.com/careers.\nWe are now looking for a Trainee, AI & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to join our Communications & Public Affairs function in January 2027.\nCommunications & Public Affairs function is an integrated team and strategic business partner that manages company-wide and external communications, media relations, employee engagement, brand, marketing communications, voice of customer, and public affairs - ensuring a unified Kemira story for society, customers, investors, and employees worldwide.\nThis position can be based in Helsinki, Finland, or Amsterdam area, the Netherlands. It is offered on a fixed-term contract for six months. In this position you will work in the Digital, Brand & Marketing sub team.\nIn this role you will:\nTake an active role enhancing GEO and website visibility:Checking how AI assistants currently describe Kemira, our sustainability work and our water solutions, and track accuracy, citations, and share of voice compared with peers. \nRestructure key web pages so AI systems can read and cite them: clear answers, FAQs, structured data (schema), consistent entity information and up-to-date facts. \nSet up a simple GEO monitoring dashboard and report results each month.\n\nSupport the build of AI agents for the Communications team: \nPrototype agents for communications workflows, such as media monitoring summaries, marketing campaign messaging, first drafts of news/social posts, Q&A on internal content and stakeholder briefings. \nWrite down prompts, workflows and guardrails so the team can reuse them. \nRun short internal demos and help colleagues get more out of AI tools. \n\nApply our AI guidelines, GDPR and EU AI Act requirements, and brand and disclosure rules to everything you build.\n\nWhat you’ll bring to the team:\nExperience with WordPress and equivalent content management systems is a plus.\n\nEducation in Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, Business or related fields. Being able to show what you have built matters more than which degree you have or are studying.
