Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Redirects phone calls and offers administrative support within the Human Resource department and across the organization. This is an in-office position in Kemper’s Richardson, TX office Monday-Thurday.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nWelcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone\nAnswering or referring switchboard inquiries\nMain point of contact for registering guests/visitors and coordinating badge access for employees, contractors, and visitors\nPerforms routine and ad-hoc human resources administrative duties (Form I-9 Verification, HR File responsibilities, office postings, recruiting, etc.)\nSupports all deliveries to the office including USPS, FedEx, etc.\nProvides general administrative support\nPosition Qualifications:\nMinimum 4 years previous receptionist or office assistant experience\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nHigh degree of professionalism and discretion\nHuman Resources experience (preferred)\nRingCentral or similar phone system experience (preferred)\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAttention to detail\nIntermediate Microsoft Office Skills\nSponsorship is not accepted for this opportunity\nThis is an on-site position in Kemper's Richardson, TX office, working Monday-Thursday.\nKemper is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
