and menus into the micros POS. \n\n Daily import of micros item sales in outlets to FBM for inventory reconciliation. \n\n Accounting for daily inter-outlet transfer requests for proper cost allocation while maintaining accurate inventory reconciliation. \n\n Perform beverage outlet spot checks on random basis. \n\n Conduct spot checks on receiving items, verifying invoice quantities and weights against actual quantities and quality received. \n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n\n Degree in any business-related field.\n\n A minimum of three years of experience, preferably in a 5* hotel cost control section with a good understanding of hotel operations especially stores & receiving procedures.\n\n Experience in income audit is an added advantage\n\n Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.\n\n Computer literacy adapted to the field of training.\n\n Working knowledge in MC, OPERA, Micros & SUN.\n\n Knowledge of the generally accepted accounting principles and local
