Controller, you will play a key role in monitoring and optimizing operational costs, ensuring accurate inventory management and supporting financial decision-making across the hotel.\nWorking closely with the Finance, Food & Beverage, Culinary and Purchasing teams, you will help maintain the highest standards of cost efficiency without compromising the exceptional quality our guests expect.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nMonitoring and analyzing Food & Beverage costs, inventory movements and operational expenses to ensure effective cost control.\nPreparing and distributing accurate monthly cost reports, identifying trends, discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.\nMaintaining accurate pricing and cost information within the F&B point-of-sale system.\nConducting regular spot checks of deliveries, verifying quantities, quality and accuracy against purchasing documentation.\nPerforming inventory audits and stock counts across storerooms, bars, kitchens and other operational areas.\nMonitoring stock levels, identifying slow-moving items and ensuring inventory is aligned with operational demand.\nReviewing recipes, portion sizes and product usage to support accurate costing and minimize waste.\nVerifying that inventory movements are correctly recorded and comply with established financial procedures.\nSupporting the preparation of cost forecasts and providing recommendations to improve operational efficiency.\nCollaborating with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining luxury service standards.\nDocumenting audit findings and communicating discrepancies and recommendations to management.\nEnsuring compliance with internal controls, company policies and applicable financial procedures.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\nWe are seeking a finance professional who combines strong analytical skills with attention to detail, operational awareness and a genuine passion for excellence.\nOur ideal candidate brings:\nPrevious experience in cost control, inventory management, accounting or a similar finance-related position, ideally within a hotel or Food & Beverage environment.\nGood understanding of F&B operations, inventory processes and cost control principles.\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial and operational data.\nExcellent attention to detail, organizational skills and a structured approach to work.\nConfidence in working with financial reports, inventory systems and deadlines.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with POS, inventory or hotel management systems.\nA proactive, responsible and solution-oriented mindset.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with
