Client Engagement & Business Development\nConduct pre-sales/post-sales client meetings and presentations.\nDevelop compelling client proposals, including RFPs and tenders for government bodies\nIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling research solutions.\nPitch research findings to prospective clients and generate repeat business.\nBuild strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.\n3. Team Leadership & Development\nBuild and manage a high-performing team of Research Associates, Analysts, and Senior Analysts.\nOversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.\nProvide mentorship, skill enhancement, and career development opportunities.\nConduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement strategies.\nFoster a positive work culture, encouraging collaboration and innovation.\n4. Research Innovation & Best Practices\nIntegrate industry best practices into research methodologies.\nLeverage advanced analytics, automation, and data-driven insights for superior outcomes.\nIntroduce innovative techniques for data collection, analysis, and reporting.\nParticipate in industry conferences and stay updated on market trends.\n5.
