If you’re ready to tackle meaningful challenges, grow at lightning speed, and help shape the next frontier of consumer brand building, you belong here.\nABOTE THE ROLE\nWe are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist to manage the company’s financial operations, reporting to the CFO.\nThe successful candidate will oversee banks, suppliers, payment platforms, and employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all accounting processes.\nThe role involves hands-on, end-to-end bookkeeping up to the Trial Balance stage.\nLocation: Kiryat Ono.\nThis is a hybrid position, including two work-from-home days per week\nRequirements\nCertified Bookkeeper Level 2/3 and Payroll Accountant certification\n5+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle bookkeeping up to Trial Balance\nExperienc emanaging full-cycle payroll preparation\nExperience working at a tech company\nProven experience collaborating with banks and diverse suppliers.\nProficiency in Priority ERP - mandatory.\nAdvanced Excel skills.\nTech-savvy and independent, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and platforms \nComfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) \nHigh level of English (written and spoken)\nExperience with Michpal - an advantage\nResponsibilities\nFull-Cycle Bookkeeping (up to Trial Balance): Manage the entire bookkeeping process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.\nSuppliers and Banks: Handle all aspects of supplier management, including invoice recording, payments, and reconciliations. Manage bank accounts and transactions, perform bank reconciliations, and monitor account balances.
