If you’re ready to tackle meaningful challenges, grow at lightning speed, and help shape the next frontier of consumer brand building, you belong here.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nWe are looking for a Hands-onPerformance Marketing Team Lead to take ownership of a brand / customer activity, combining P&L ownership, hands-on media management, direct management of a small performance marketing team, customer communication and growth.\nThis is a hands-on role that includes leading a small media team of 1-2 people, while being deeply involved in day-to-day campaign management, performance analysis, experiments and optimization. The role also includes prioritizing and syncing all relevant teams - Media, CRO and Creative - around the same goals.\nOur office is located in Kiryat Ono.This is a hybrid position, including two work-from-home days per week.\nRequirements\nHands-on Performance Marketing: 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and campaign management.\nProven hands-on experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, particularly on Meta Ads and Google Ads.\nExperience independently managing significant advertising budgets and scaling profitable campaigns.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.\nSolid understanding of key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPC, and conversion rates.\nExperience developing and executing A/B tests and performance optimization strategies.\nA creative, proactive, and results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nLeadership: Experience leading or managing a small team- a plus\nResponsibilities\nOwn the brand’s P&L.\nManage the media team directly.\nStay hands-on in campaign management, performance analysis, optimization and ongoing media activity.\nPrioritize and sync all teams relevant to the brand, including Media, CRO and Creative.\nPartner with the Business Development team to manage customer communication and relationships.\n Lead customer development and growth: identify opportunities for growth, additional platforms, creative directions, funnels or other business opportunities.\nLead cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and execution across all stakeholders.\nPrepare monthly business reviews for management, including performance against goals, project updates, key risks, and growth
