You'll own the schedules and trackers, chase down outstanding information, coordinate between our internal teams and the clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors we work with, and make sure problems surface early enough to actually be solved. It's a strong fit for someone organized and persistent who wants to build a career in project delivery within the commercial security industry.\nWhat You'll Do\nCoordinate day-to-day project activities and follow up on assigned tasks, deadlines, and deliverables\nMaintain project schedules, timelines, trackers, and status updates\nCommunicate and coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders\nTrack project deliverables, approvals, outstanding information, and key milestones\nAssist with procurement, purchase orders, invoices, materials, and vendor coordination as required\nPrepare project status updates, reports, and other documentation to support the Project Manager and project team\nMonitor project progress and flag potential delays, issues, changes, or missing information to the Project Manager\nMaintain accurate project documentation and support project closeout, including tracking outstanding items and ensuring required records are complete\nWhat You Bring\nRequired\n1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or a related role\nUnderstanding of low-voltage systems, including access control, CCTV, and intercoms\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with project management software and construction documentation\nStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive follow-through to keep projects moving\nValid driver's licence and the ability to travel to project sites as required\nNice to Have\nExperience in commercial security, construction, or a related industry\nAutoCAD or Bluebeam experience\nPost-secondary education in a technical, construction, or project management field\nGrowth\nThis role is built to develop.
