Teams trust us because our technology is easy to adopt, built for real-world workflows, and delivers measurable improvements in speed, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.\nWe’re a fast-growing, mission-driven team building technology that strengthens human connection in a digital-first world-and we’re just getting started.\nAbout This Role\nAs a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a key role in connecting Kenect's people strategy with the needs of the business while also ensuring our day-to-day HR programs and processes run effectively.\nThis is a hands-on HR role for someone who is equally comfortable advising leaders through complex employee situations, coaching managers, and supporting organizational initiatives as they are managing the HR processes that create a great employee experience.\nYou'll partner closely with leaders, managers, employees, and the People Team across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and development to performance management, employee relations, benefits, leaves, and offboarding. You'll also help identify opportunities to improve our processes, systems, and programs as Kenect continues to grow.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nPartner with leaders and managers to understand business needs and provide practical HR guidance that supports Kenect's goals.\nServe as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, policies, and other people-related matters.\nCoach managers through performance conversations, feedback, corrective action, employee development, and other employee situations.\nSupport and administer performance management programs, including performance reviews, coaching, development plans, and performance improvement processes.\nSupport organizational development initiatives, including career development, succession planning, employee engagement, retention, and training.\nManage and support HR programs and processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, leaves of absence, benefits, and offboarding.\nMaintain accurate employee information and transactions within HR systems and partner with Payroll and other teams to ensure employee changes are processed accurately and timely.\nSupport benefits administration and employee leave programs, serving as a resource for employees and managers throughout the process.\nConduct new hire check-ins, employee satisfaction interviews, exit interviews, and other employee listening activities to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of risk.\nDevelop, maintain, and update HR policies, procedures, documentation, resources, and employee files while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.\nPartner with hiring managers and the People Team on recruiting and talent acquisition efforts as needed, including hiring strategies, candidate selection, and talent pipelines.\nUse HR data and employee feedback to identify trends, provide recommendations, and help leaders make informed people decisions.\nSupport organizational changes and help managers and employees navigate changes in teams, structure, processes, or business priorities.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve HR processes, systems, and employee experiences.\nCollaborate across the People Team and other departments to ensure HR programs and initiatives are executed consistently and effectively.\nSkills & Qualifications\n7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, ideally across both HR Business Partner and HR Generalist responsibilities.\nStrong experience supporting and coaching managers through employee relations and performance management situations.\nSolid understanding of benefits administration, leaves of absence, employee lifecycle processes, and HR operations.\nStrong working knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.\nExperience with HRIS platforms; Paylocity experience is a plus.\nExperience supporting recruiting and talent acquisition processes.\nAbility to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution and day-to-day HR responsibilities.\nStrong judgment and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.\nExcellent communication, relationship-building, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change and processes may still be evolving.\nResourceful, collaborative, and willing to jump in wherever needed to help the People Team and the business succeed.\nOur Company Values We Hope You Showcase\nUnwavering Customer Obsession\nSee it, Solve it, Get it Done\nBuild, Adapt, Win\nWhat Kenect Offers!\nHealth, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance\nYour birthday is a paid day off\nOnsite gym\nBreakroom full of snacks and drinks\nConvenient location next to freeway entrance/exit\nWe believe in hiring self-motivated team members who can run alongside us without needing to be “managed” along the way.
