You will partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand business needs, build scalable solutions, and improve everyday workflows. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role that combines system administration, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional project delivery. You will also help the team explore practical uses of AI and automation to reduce manual work and make our systems more effective.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nDesign, configure, enhance, and maintain Salesforce applications, workflows, automations, reports, dashboards, and integrations that support business needs\nAdminister and optimize Salesforce CPQ, troubleshoot issues, monitor system health, and perform ongoing maintenance to keep systems reliable\nOwn technical projects from discovery and requirements gathering through design, testing, deployment, and post-production validation\nPartner with cross-functional teams to identify technology gaps, improve processes, and deliver solutions that increase productivity and support business goals\nSupport and integrate other business applications, including contact center tools, Nooks, ZRA, Claude, and related platforms\nInvestigate complex system issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions rather than temporary workarounds \nDocument technical designs, configurations, changes, and workflows clearly so others can support and build on the work\nDemonstrate new functionality, gather stakeholder feedback, conduct quality assurance testing, and refine solutions before and after launch\nTrain and coach end users on business applications and help teams adopt new tools and processes\nExplore AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation opportunities, including Salesforce MCP integrations and development tools, to accelerate work and reduce repetitive tasks\nPrioritize competing requests, communicate progress clearly, and drive projects to completion with a strong focus on business impact\nSkills & Qualifications\n5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including ownership of complex configurations, system improvements, and cross-functional projects\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce administration, automation, reporting, dashboards, integrations, and system troubleshooting\nExperience administering and supporting Salesforce CPQ\nAbility to design scalable solutions, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality work at a practical pace\nExperience gathering requirements, translating business problems into technical solutions, and managing projects through implementation\nClear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and end users\nStrong analytical skills, curiosity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving\nComfort working independently, managing priorities, and navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment\nInterest in applying AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve business productivity\nSalesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification preferred\nExperience with SaaS business applications, contact center platforms, sales enablement tools, or revenue operations systems preferred\nHands-on experience with Claude Code, Claude Cowork, MCP servers, AI agents, or AI-powered integrations preferred\nExperience with Salesforce APIs, development tools, and deployment processes preferred\nOur Company Values We Hope You Showcase\nUnwavering Customer Obsession \nSee it, Solve it, Get it Done \nBuild, Adapt, Win \nWhat Kenect Offers!\nHealth, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance\nYour birthday is a paid day off\nOnsite gym\nBreakroom full of snacks and drinks\nConvenient location next to freeway entrance/exit\nWe believe in hiring self-motivated team members who can run alongside us without needing to be “managed” along the way.
