Reporting to the Manager of Program Management, you'll partner with a fully remote development team and cross-functional stakeholders to keep initiatives moving forward, priorities aligned, and projects on track.\nIn this role, you'll take ownership of program execution, facilitate Agile development processes, proactively manage risks, and remove obstacles that could impact delivery. You'll use tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Excel to provide visibility into progress, strengthen team processes, and ensure accountability throughout the development lifecycle.\nWe're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, brings structure to complex initiatives, and knows how to balance technical priorities with business objectives. You'll be a trusted partner to engineering teams and leadership, helping turn strategic goals into measurable results.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nLead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple technical programs supporting Kenect's AI platform, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business objectives.\nPartner with engineering teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to establish program goals, define deliverables, and maintain clear timelines and expectations.\nOrganize and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\nProactively identify and remove blockers, resolve challenges, and help development teams maintain momentum and meet delivery commitments.\nDevelop and maintain program plans, project schedules, milestones, and success metrics to monitor progress and drive accountability.\nIdentify program risks, dependencies, and potential delays, implementing proactive mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.\nSupport fully remote development teams by fostering effective communication, collaboration, transparency, and accountability across locations and time zones.\nUtilize Jira, Confluence, and Excel to track deliverables, maintain documentation, monitor performance, and provide meaningful reporting to stakeholders.\nEstablish and continuously improve program management processes, Agile practices, and documentation standards to support efficient and consistent execution.\nCoordinate competing priorities and cross-functional dependencies to ensure teams remain focused on the highest-impact initiatives.\nCommunicate program status, milestones, risks, and changes to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring visibility and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.\nDrive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve team efficiency, and strengthen program delivery.\nSkills & Qualifications\n5+ years of experience working within a product or technology organization, including experience in a SaaS environment.\nProven experience managing technical programs or projects, preferably supporting software development or engineering teams.\nStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience facilitating sprint ceremonies and supporting sprint-based software delivery.\nExperience working with fully remote or distributed teams, with the ability to build trust, maintain accountability, and promote effective collaboration.\nProficiency with Jira, including boards, sprints, epics, and reporting; Confluence for documentation and collaboration; and Excel for tracking and analysis.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple programs, competing priorities, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to anticipate risks, resolve obstacles, and develop practical solutions.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical information, program updates, and business priorities to diverse audiences.\nAbility to influence stakeholders, build relationships, and drive results without direct authority.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to planning, execution, and continuous improvement.\nComfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to changing priorities, and taking ownership of outcomes in a fast-paced environment.\nBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience; advanced degree or professional certifications in program management or Agile methodologies are a plus.\nOur Company Values We Hope You Showcase\nUnwavering Customer Obsession \nSee it, Solve it, Get it Done \nBuild, Adapt, Win \nWhat Kenect Offers!\nHealth, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance\nYour birthday is a paid day off\nOnsite gym\nBreakroom full of snacks and drinks\nConvenient location next to freeway entrance/exit\nWe believe in hiring self-motivated team members who can run alongside us without needing to be “managed” along the way.
