This role ensures business requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.\n\nThis position requires a unique balance of technical, data, and analytical expertise and strong partnerships across key business areas to advance initiatives and optimize business performance.\n\nEssential Functions (3):\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork with Business Analysts to translate user and system requirements into functional technical specifications, identify available data, communicate findings and results, and develop implementation strategies\nConsult with Business Analysts to develop solution requirements, requests for proposals (RFPs), vendor assessments, and detailed application comparisons when new initiatives arise\nParticipate in vendor assessments and vetting processes to identify best fit solutions\nDiscuss data transformation, integration, and reporting requirements with both technical and non-technical audiences\nWork with business areas to improve workflows and automation with a high focus on process optimization, efficiency, and continuous improvement\nWork with IT and business areas to ensure appropriate policies and procedures are in place to support the environment to meet regulatory and compliance activities\nManage expectations of business partners and facilitate team resources to support business needs\nApplication Configuration & Technical Support\nConfigure, document, and provide technical support for business applications, workflows, APIs, integration specifications, and other automated processes\nCreate reports, dashboards, and automated data processes using PHP, SQL, Power BI, Excel, or other reporting tools\nCross-train team members in new software and solutions\nSupport application upgrades, testing, implementation, and user training\nWork with business users and System Analysts to resolve technical issues and conduct root cause analysis\nEnsure interoperability across systems\nLeverage continuous improvement to solidify standards, identify improvement opportunities and address gaps in processes or approaches\nSystems Analyst Team Management\nLead and mentor a team of Systems Analysts, driving a collaborative and innovative environment\nDrive best practices for development methods, setting standards and expectations for documentation and communication that ensure consistency within the team\nProvide consistent and frequent coaching for direct reports to develop skills, identify professional growth opportunities, and build bench strength; retaining and motivating high performers\nEncourage direct reports to pursue innovative approaches to address problems and opportunities\nCommunicate and manage project responsibilities and clear priorities to direct reports, driving on-time delivery of projects using management approaches such as agile or languages\nExperience with application administration, configuration management, and system troubleshooting\nBroad understanding of hardware and software systems, including their installation, maintenance, and life cycles\nAdvanced computer skills with the ability to learn and support emerging technologies and enterprise systems\nPrior knowledge of banking, financial services, and regulatory compliance requirements is preferred\nUnderstanding of informational security, risk management, data governance, and regulatory controls within a financial services environment is preferred\nDemonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop systems analysts while fostering collaboration and accountability\n\nDesired Job Experience:\n3+ years of related experience \nExperience in a professional, service focused, and fast-paced environment\nExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment\nExperience facilitating cross-functional partnerships between business units, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders\nProven ability to develop, coach, and lead a technical team\n\nDesired Education:\nHigh school or General Education Diploma\nBachelor’s Degree in
