Consultant\n\nLocation: Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Consultant to lead learning strategy, leadership development, workforce capability building, and HR advisory engagements for corporate and multinational clients.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop learning strategies and conduct training needs assessments.\nSupport proposal development, business growth, and consulting team development.\nDesign and deliver leadership, management, and employee development programmes.\nEvaluate training effectiveness and measure business impact.\nProvide HR consulting in organisational development, talent management, performance management, and change management.\nManage client engagements, facilitate workshops, and advise senior stakeholders.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor's Degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline with at least 15 years of specialised Learning and Development experience.\nStrong expertise in learning strategy, programme design, facilitation, and training evaluation.\nExperience in HR consulting and organisational development.\nBig Four or leading international consulting firm experience is highly desirable.\nProven L&D consulting experience with large corporate or multinational organisations.\nRelevant professional
