Type: Full-time\n\nWork Schedule: Monday to Friday\n\nJob Summary\n\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and purchasing of materials, goods, and services at competitive prices while ensuring compliance with company policies and timely delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCollaborate with the Store Department to monitor inventory levels and replenishment needs.\nImplement cost-control measures and ensure value for money.\nSource, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and quality products.\nEnsure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.\nVet suppliers and maintain an updated list of approved vendors.\nMaintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular reports.\nPrepare and process purchase orders and monitor deliveries.\n\nRequirements\n\nHigh level of honesty, accuracy, and attention to detail.\nStrong negotiation, organizational, and record-keeping skills.\nProximity to Apapa/Tin Can Island is a strong advantage.\nProficiency in MS Excel and inventory management.\nMust be willing to work extended hours when required.\n2–3 years of relevant procurement experience in
