The successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities and resolve operational challenges independently.\nReporting directly to the Head of School, the Operations Manager works closely with school leadership, administrative teams, and external partners to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable school operations while contributing to operational planning and continuous improvement.\nImmediate Start | Application Deadline: November 3, 2026\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nFacilities and Campus Operations\nManage daily facilities operations, maintenance, and repairs across both campuses.\nOversee preventive maintenance, inspections, and facility improvement projects.\nEnsure buildings and facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.\nAssess facility needs and recommend improvements.\nHealth, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance\nEnsure compliance with applicable building, fire, health, and safety regulations.\nOversee inspections, permits, certifications, and corrective actions.\nManage emergency preparedness training, evacuation drills, and safety procedures.\nSchool Operations and Logistics\nOversee campus logistics, space utilization, equipment, and supplies.\nCoordinate operational arrangements for school events and programs.\nAnticipate operational needs and resolve issues promptly.\nEstablish consistent operational procedures across both campuses.\nVendor Management and Procurement\nManage vendor selection, contracts, and performance.\nOversee purchasing, inventory, and operational supplies.\nNegotiate competitive pricing and ensure service quality.\nIdentify opportunities to improve services and reduce costs.\nFinancial and Resource Management\nContribute to operational budget development and oversee approved expenditures.\nReview invoices and monitor operational costs.\nOptimize resource allocation and identify cost efficiencies.\nEstablish and maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.\nRecommend budgets for maintenance, equipment, and capital improvements.\nTeam Management and Operational Improvement\nSupervise operational personnel and coordinate external service providers.\nEstablish clear responsibilities, performance expectations, and accountability.\nRequirements\nQUALIFICATIONS\nSignificant experience in operations, facilities, or property management.\nExperience overseeing vendors, contractors, budgets, and operational projects.\nStrong knowledge of building operations, maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.\nExcellent organizational, managerial, communication, and problem-solving skills\nSound judgment, initiative, accountability, and ability to manage competing priorities independently.\nHands-on, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach.\nProficiency in standard office software and operational management systems.\nExperience in an educational environment is a plus but not required.\nBenefits\nCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS\nThis is a full time, exempt position with a salary range of $105,000 -
