Our marketing team brings that experience to life across every product line, and this internship puts you right in the middle of how that happens. \nAs our Email Lifecyle Marketing Intern, you'll get a real seat inside how a modern marketing team runs: the projects, the processes, and results. You'll leave with hands-on experience that drive real impact for the business. \nWhat You'll Own \nEmail Development and Execution \nBuild, schedule, and deploy CRM lifecycle marketing campaigns via HubSpot for B2C and B2B newsletters, promotional offers, webinars, seasonal campaigns, and always-on journeys. \nQA: Own the full email production from build to send - building, proofing, and QA-testing every campaign (UTM tags, links, personalization/dynamic content, rendering across devices/clients, dark mode, segmentation logic, and send lists) prior to deployment to ensure error-free, on brand delivery. \nMonitor and maintain automation flows (MQL, Desert journey and etc) that nurture leads and drive repeat bookings. \nAnalytics and Performance: \nExecute and report on A/B Testing on subject lines, send times, creative, copy and offers to continually improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion. \nSupport on pulling data for weekly reporting on campaign KPIs (open/click rates, conversion, leads attribution, list growth, unsubscribe) and translate results into actionable recommendations. \nProject Management: \n Support email task creation, edits and updates \nManage the upkeep of customer journey mapping \nWhat You Bring \nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nComfort working collaboratively across teams and levels. \nInterest in marketing, project management, business, data or a related field. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with a project management tool such as Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or MS Project is a plus. \nA proactive, solution-oriented mindset: you look for ways to make things run better. \nExperience in email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud \nPosition Details:\nThis is a full-time, hybrid internship offering $20 per hour for 40 hours per week.\nWe are committed to providing employment accommodation in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
