The Sales Intern will support day-to-day sales operations and contribute to larger, higher-impact projects aimed at improving the client experience and sales process.\nKey Responsibilities\nDay-to-day support :\nShadow and work alongside a sales consultant on a day-to-day basis to gain first-hand experience of daily sales activities, client interactions, and the overall sales process\nReview client case files to ensure all information is accurate, complete, and up to date\nConnect directly with clients to fill in any information gaps needed to complete their file\nTrack and confirm that all booked services have been fully completed and delivered\nProject work:\nReview common complaint trends raised with the Travel Support Team (TST) to identify recurring issues and recommend process or communication improvements\nAnalyze the sales funnel to identify drop-off points and areas for conversion improvement, presenting findings and recommendations to the sales team\nSupport change management and communications activities, helping ensure updates reach the right people at the right time\nAssist in change planning for sales team initiatives\nQualifications\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort connecting directly with clients\nAbility to work collaboratively across teams and levels\nInterest in sales, travel, client service, or related fields\nSelf-starter with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset\nPosition Details\nThis is a full-time, hybrid internship offering $20 per hour for 40 hours per week.\nWe are committed to providing employment accommodation in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
