The role also provides customer and user support after go-live, helping to resolve issues and maintain system stability, while ensuring work is completed within agreed budgets and timelines and to the required quality standards\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSwitch Configuration \n\nConfiguration and management of switch platforms (e.g. Postilion) to ensure accurate transaction flow across the payment network. \n\nSupport ISO 8583 messaging protocols and APIs during integrations and support for financial processing. \n\nImplement and monitor business rules and routing logic, minimize downtime, and optimize network performance. \n\nCard Management & Issuance. \n\nEnsure that all the Card and E-Channels Systems are properly managed and deliver business results and a delightful customer experience. \n\nComprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end card life cycle. \n\nProven experience in supporting, setting up, and troubleshooting card management systems, i.e., postcard, across all layers \n\nProven knowledge of Card industry Security Standard -PCI-DSS \n\nRelease, Defect & Regression Management \n\nConduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before live release of projects. \n\nFinalizing testing activities and confirmation of readiness before solutions are released to customers. \n\nDeploys changes into the production environment and manages rollback plans to ensure zero-downtime deployments \n\nEducation & Experience \n\nA Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Electronic Engineering / Applied Physics / \n\nInformation Technology or a related discipline \n\nMinimum 3–5 years’ relevant work experience. \n\nRelevant professional certifications may include Postilion User and Specialized modules \n\ncertificates, ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library, PMP (Project Management \n\nProfessional Certification), MCSP (Microsoft Certified Solution Provider), Partners product \n\ncertifications (Thales HSM, Double Take,
