Provide adjustments to time writing when required.\nIntegrate contractors’ cost data into the project cost management systems and identify discrepancies.\nAssist with changes in Oracle Budget, Oracle Forecast and Oracle Contract as required\nPR creation in Oracle\nReceipting of goods/service against PRs raised\nAssist Project team addressing Client queries.\nCo-ordinate all parties involved, including engineering teams, other business units and sub-consultants \nCultivate good client relationships and manage client expectations\nIn addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization.
