deliver presentations\nTrack performance and analyse the completion of key goals\nDocument and report project progress to stakeholders and clients\nMonitor adherence to performance standards, specifications, QA/QC rules, and related regulations and processes\nEstablish systems to collect data and measure the project’s metrics\nOrganize techniques for conducting field tests and for assessing their quality\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Project / Business Management\n10+ years relevant experience\nHave worked for at least 5 years in similar positions\nMust have EPC delivery experience\nWork in office and Site based environments\nCapable of using the appropriate software\nExcellent interpersonal and analytical attributes\nAble to effectively communicate technical issues to peers and line manager(written and verbal).\nSolid understanding of engineering, procurement and construction principles, equipment standards, codes, and construction practices relevant to the industry.\nSolid familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including skills in planning, scheduling, resource allocation, cost control, contract management…etc.\nStrong capability in identifying hazards and mitigating risks.\nOwnership of responsibility for work by self and team.\nStrong capability in project management leadership.\nCapability to motivate and guide team members, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions.\nCommunication and interpersonal skills to hold presentation and keep audience interested.\nProfessional commitment in following appropriate code of professional conduct, recognising obligations to society, the profession and the environment.\nCapabilities in estimating and forecasting.\nBehavioural Competency\nAt Kent, you’ll be recognised as a lead amongst your team, providing advice and direction in your area of expertise.
