Working with the Project Manager, Project Engineering Manager, and discipline leads, you will track deliverables, resolve interfaces, and help the team meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.\nSkills and Responsibilities:\nResponsibilities:\nSupport engineering execution plans, scopes of work, deliverable registers, schedules, and project procedures.\nCoordinate inputs across engineering disciplines and follow up on deliverables, technical queries, and outstanding actions.\nTrack engineering progress, hours, and schedule commitments; highlight variances and support corrective actions.\nOrganize project and technical coordination meetings, maintain action registers, and follow through on agreed decisions.\nSupport design reviews and interdisciplinary checks, ensuring comments and technical decisions are recorded and addressed.\nCoordinate vendor information and engineering inputs to procurement, including requisitions and document reviews as assigned.\nAssist with engineering change control by documenting changes and gathering scope, cost, and schedule impacts.\nSupport construction and commissioning interfaces by coordinating responses to requests for information and technical issues.\nPrepare progress updates, maintain project records, and support document control, closeout, and lessons learned.\nContribute engineering inputs to proposals, estimates, and execution planning as required\nIn addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.\nYour knowledge/skills, education, and experience:\nKnowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering in a relevant discipline.\nApproximately 8-10 years relevant experience in project engineering or multidisciplinary engineering coordination.\nProfessional Engineer registration, or eligibility for registration, in Alberta is required.\nExperience in an EPC, EPCM, or engineering consulting environment is preferred.\nUnderstanding of engineering deliverables, discipline interfaces, procurement support, and the project delivery lifecycle.\nAbility to interpret technical information, maintain accurate records, track actions, and identify issues requiring escalation.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with scheduling, document management, and project reporting tools.\nCommunication:\nExcellent command of English, both oral and written.\nAble to prepare clear progress updates, coordinate technical inputs, and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors.\nBehavior/ Core Competencies:\nOwnership of assigned work and dependable follow-through.\nStrong organization, attention to detail, and practical problem solving.\nCollaborative working style, willingness to learn, and sound judgment when escalating issues.\nHSSEQ:\nThe Employee shall observe the Health, Safety, Sustainability, Environment and Quality rules of the Company;
