We are looking for AR Accountant for our Mumbai Team. You will be responsible for the accurate recording and reconciliation of Banking transactions in Oracle ERP and be integral to the monthly closing process.\nSkills and Responsibilities\nProject creation in Oracle and project status changes including project closure.\nCollaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather necessary data for project establishment, including project scope, forecasts, budgets, timelines, and resource requirements.\nCreate and manage contract development in the Oracle system to ensure accurate invoicing.\nLiaise with Project Managers to ensure all invoicing activities are completed accurately and on time.\nPreparation of Client required invoice supporting documentation.\nPreparation & submission of Invoices and credit notes on client (including portals). and finance systems.\nTimely invoicing to minimize DSO timeframe.\nReview and validate invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, and other financial documents for accuracy and compliance.\nEnsure all invoicing and project accounting activities comply with company policies and client requirements.\nSupport audit and financial control processes through accurate record keeping and documentation.\nProvide status updates on invoicing progress, and outstanding actions.\nWork closely with Project Managers, Finance teams, and Cash Collections teams to resolve billing queries and support cash collection activities.\nSupport with resolving timebooking and coding issues\nPrepare and distribute project related financial information and reports, including time and expense reporting\nIn addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently.
