The Commissioning Engineer will provide technical and field support for system completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and turnover activities, working closely with construction, completions, operations, vendors, and discipline teams to safely deliver assigned systems into operation.\nSkills and Responsibilities:\nResponsibilities:\nSupport the development and execution of commissioning plans, procedures, check sheets, and system turnover documentation.\nCoordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for assigned systems and packages.\nReview engineering drawings, P&IDs, specifications, vendor documentation, cause-and-effect diagrams, and operating philosophies.\nVerify system readiness and identify outstanding construction, testing, documentation, and punch-list items.\nParticipate in system walkdowns, mechanical completion verification, punch listing, and turnover activities.\nSupport commissioning testing, functional testing, equipment start-up, performance testing, and troubleshooting.\nCoordinate with Construction, Operations, Engineering, HSSEQ, vendors, and subcontractors.\nMonitor commissioning progress and provide accurate status reporting.\nEnsure commissioning records and test documentation are completed and entered into the project completions management system.\nAssist with technical resolution of commissioning issues and field changes.\nSupport safe isolation, energization, LOTO, permit-to-work, and SIMOPS requirements.\nParticipate in daily commissioning coordination and planning meetings.\nIn addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently.
