As a graduate in Aberdeen, you will be developing knowledge and experience by contributing to various Asset Integrity projects for a broad spectrum of clients and industries, including oil & gas and renewables and have opportunity to offshore visits to our client’s global installations.\nThe Kent Asset Integrity (AI) and Multidisciplinary team provides technical engineering consultancy to the energy and chemical industry for problems related to asset integrity, life extension and carbon footprint reduction just to name a few. Unleash your energy\nSkills & Responsibilities:\nWorking as part of an integrated, multi-discipline team you will be assisting with development, review and implementation across a range of documents and processes delivering against the full integrity cycle, including:\nFunctioning as part of a team of engineers and mainly providing assistance to other engineers or be responsible under close supervision. \nWorking with discipline related industry codes & standards. \nFocus on the Oil & Gas market, you may also be called upon to support projects in other energies and technologies. \nAssisting in developing life extension plans for ageing assets. \nAssisting in improving efficiency of assets through inspection activities, development of risk-based inspection work scopes and operational support. \nInterfacing directly with clients, representing our teams to discuss engineering solutions to complex problems. \nSupporting our external markets, business development and work winning activities. \nUndertaking specific tasks / area of work as defined by the lead / principal / senior engineer. \nExecuting allocated tasks within the requirements of the project execution plan. \nExecuting work in compliance with client specifications, Kent’s ISO accredited QMS, and project specific procedures, guides and standards. \nProviding input to preparation of deliverables by other engineers. \nProviding input and support to decision making by other engineers. \nCompleting the Kent Graduate Development Programme and developing technical and project skills through targeted training, on the job experience, mentoring, and continuing professional development. \nIn addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management.
