To support our continued growth in the Americas, we're looking for two client-facing Technical Project Managers / Data Centre SMEs to lead engagements across the Americas region.\nAs Technical Project Manager, you will support Kent Data Centres’ Americas growth and be based in Houston or Dallas, TX. You will own client relationships across data centre consultancy engagements and act as design lead on consultancy and design projects, managing subject matter experts to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.\n\nSkills and Responsibilities: \n\nResponsibilities:\nProvide SME leadership on power, cooling, and resilience strategy, including tier/reliability requirements\nServe as SME on local codes and requirements, working with our local and global subject matter experts to guide design teams through all project stages\nRun design workshops, key stage presentations, and progress meetings; produce stage design reports\nOwn quality control of project deliverables and liaise with all engineering teams and disciplines to ensure completeness and accuracy\nInterface directly with clients and contractors across bidding, award, execution, and project closeout\nEvaluate client enquiries, specifications, and drawings\nSupport technical bid responses - formulating and reviewing technical content, submitting clarifications during tendering\nTravel to client, supplier, and third-party meetings as required\nIn addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently.
