The successful candidate will provide leadership for project execution while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual, commercial, and client requirements. The Senior Project Manager will provide strategic leadership to multidisciplinary project teams, oversee commercial performance, manage project risks, develop client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of projects while promoting Kent's commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence. The position reports to the Director of Projects.\nSkills and Responsibilities\nResponsibilities\nProject Leadership\nLead multidisciplinary engineering and EPC/EPCM projects from initiation through closeout.\nDevelop project execution strategies and project management plans.\nBuild and lead high-performing project teams.\nEstablish project objectives aligned with client and business goals.\nPromote a culture of safety, collaboration and continuous improvement.\nProject Delivery\nManage scope, schedule, budget and quality.\nMonitor project performance and key milestones.\nIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.\nEnsure successful delivery of engineering and construction activities.\nManage project change and contract administration.\nClient & Commercial Management\nServe as the primary client representative.\nMaintain positive client relationships.\nManage commercial performance and forecasting.\nSupport contract negotiations and business development opportunities.\nFinancial Management\nDevelop and manage project budgets.\nReview cost reports and forecasts.\nMonitor profitability and project financial performance.\nSupport invoicing and earned value reporting.\nLeadership\nMentor Project Managers and Project Engineers.\nSupport succession planning and employee development.\nPromote collaboration across all project disciplines.\nHSSEQ\nEnsure compliance with Kent's HSSEQ Management System.\nPromote a strong safety culture.\nParticipate in incident investigations and lessons learned.\nIn addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management.
