For more information, click here.\nRole reports to:\nDirector Cust Strat OGX Rogaine IncubLocation:\nNorth America, United States, New Jersey, SummitWork Location:\nHybridWhat you will do\nThe Associate Manager, Customer Strategy plays a critical role in shaping and activating customer-specific strategies that drive profitable, omnichannel growth across assigned brands and retailers, with a focus on hair, face or incubator portfolios within Kenvue's Skin Health & Beauty business segment. This role sits at the intersection of customer, category, and brand strategy-translating enterprise priorities and performance insights into executable customer plans. It acts as a strategic thought partner to Customer Development, Brand, Finance, Demand/Supply Planning and Category/Shopper teams to inform joint business planning (JBP), innovation execution, forecasting alignment and customer storytelling. Success in this role requires strong analytical judgment, the ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations, and the confidence to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead development of customer-specific strategies and activation plans aligned to brand and category priorities\nSynthesize insights from syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen), retailer data, POS performance, innovation tracking and category fundamentals to inform customer plans\nServe as a strategic partner to Customer Development teams by delivering clear sell-in stories, performance readouts and growth recommendations\nOwn and deliver customer insights, line review support, and strategic deep dives (e.g., distribution gaps, innovation pacing, promo effectiveness)\nPartner cross-functionally with Brand, Finance, Demand/Supply Planning and Commercial teams to ensure aligned execution and forecasting support\nSupport key planning processes including JBP, Innovation Planning, integrated business planning forecast cycles, and customer business reviews\nTranslate national strategies into retailer-specific opportunities while maintaining compliance with national guardrails\nLead or support presentations for customer line reviews, internal leadership forums, and cross-functional working sessions\nMentor and inform analyst support, ensuring high-quality, accurate and actionable outputs\nWhat we are looking for\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree\nMinimum of four years of prior experience in customer sales, category insights/management, analytics, shopper marketing/insights or related field in a consumer products environment\nStrong experience working with syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen), POS analytics and customer performance metrics\nProven ability to translate data into clear, actionable customer strategies and narratives\nIntermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required; proficiency in Power BI or Tableau is preferred\nAbility to devise and deliver persuasive presentations, based on data-driven insights and facts, to gain support for business strategies and/or initiatives\nStrong cross-functional collaboration, communication and presentation skills\nExperience participating in or supporting JBP or line review processes\nExperience supporting Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, Grocery, Club, Dollar or eCommerce customers preferred\nExposure to innovation planning, assortment strategy or omnichannel activation preferred\nBeauty category experience preferred\nWhat’s in it for you\nAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:\n$110,500.00 - $156,000.00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.\nCompetitive Benefit Package*\n\nPaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!\n\nLearning & Development Opportunities\n\nKenvuer Impact Networks\n\nThis list could vary based on location/region\n\n*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
