responsibility.\n\nResponsibilities: \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation and AI-driven optimisation opportunities.\nDesign and implement automation frameworks leveraging AI / ML models to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.\nGuide service consultants to create and execute test plans and test cases based on business requirements.\nGuide service consultants to develop and maintain test scripts using tools such as Jira to ensure high-quality delivery.\nAnalyse and document problems and their resolution, incorporating predictive analytics and ML-based insights where applicable.\nEnsure the operational integrity of all changes to existing automation and AI platforms.\nStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation, AI, and machine learning.\nWork with service consultants continuously to improve and optimise automation processes and frameworks using AI / ML techniques.\nApply compliance requirements (e. g., GxP) within scope of responsibility, provide documentation as necessary, and participate in compliance activities as required.\nAnalyse a chain of events and apply technical knowledge following established standard operating procedures and/or detailed specifications.\nProvide coaching as a Subject Matter Expert in automation and AI / ML to peers or less experienced staff.\n\nRequirements: \n2-4 years of experience in automation using various technologies, with exposure to AI / ML concepts and applications.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.\nStrong programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, Java, or C# (Python preferred for ML).\nExperience with API tools such as Bruno.\nStrong experience with automation tools such as Robocorp, MS Power Platform, Playwright, etc.\nFamiliarity with AI / ML frameworks (e. g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and their integration into automation workflows.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to apply data-driven approaches.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies.\nUnderstanding of IT organisation and escalation processes.\nAbility to resolve most problems directly within area of responsibility or escalate appropriately.\nAbility to choose an approach or procedure for addressing a work task, seeking guidance as needed.\nAbility to collect facts and basic rationale to make recommendations.\nExperience with full-stack development.\nExperience with managing small to medium-sized projects from start to finish.\nHands-on experience building or deploying ML models in production environments.\nKnowledge of AI-driven
