Channel Activation pharma intern, you will learn to manage a brand activation in the channel to ensure market-leading excellence in execution towards consumer, shopper and customer.\nEstimated start date for this role will be January 2027.\nMain duties\nResponsible of the development and implementation of the Channel Activation Plan\nDevelopment and deployment of a Channel Activation Plan per brand, based on regional shopper strategic guidelines or defined hub campaign initiatives in combination with local market/customer strategies.\nLearning the relevance of execution, in order to work for the implementation of the plans per channel, based on local knowledge and in alignment and coordination with all departments involved. \nProvide pharmacy sales teams with brand & category education and relevant detailing material.\nUnderstanding how the development and evaluation of campaign performance works\nLearn to train commercial teams on perfect store guidelines and ensure execution through accountable plans.\nHelp monitor and evaluate actual vs targets and to suggest corrective actions where needed.\nResponsible of Market monitoring and Insights Sharing\nLearning on the syndicated data of each sub-channel and use it for interpretation.\nCoordinate in-depth Market Share Tracking on Channel and customer and discuss relevant actions with sales and brand activation teams respectively.\nLearn to have a key role in the country governance model:\nTake responsibility of coordination between departments in order to guarantee a full alignment between brand activation team and sales team.\nWhat we are looking for\nRequired skills:\nBusiness Administration, marketing, finance graduate\nAt least 1 year of experience in a consumer moving goods environment in sales, sales analytics, category management, shopper marketing/insights, or related field preferred\nStrong analytical background, and/or category management experience preferred\nStrong computer skills, including MS Office Suite applications, sales database, and web applications\nFluent in English and Spanish\nKey competencies\nOrganization skills\nCreative\nProactive\nAnalytical thinking\nPeople
