For more information, click here.\nRole reports to:\nFacilities ManagerLocation:\nNorth America, United States, Pennsylvania, Fort WashingtonWork Location:\nFully OnsiteWhat you will do\nThe Chiller and Compressor Operator is responsible for operation and maintenance of facilities equipment including, but not limited to, building controls, fire protection systems and heating-ventilation-and air-conditioning (HVAC). Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment. Plans, coordinates, inspects, and performs maintenance and supports project management for facility related projects, including but not limited to, building remodeling and construction, equipment installation and/or placement, safety and environmental compliance, mechanical systems maintenance, and energy conservation.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform routine Compressor and Chiller/ Tower maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems.\nConduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.\nRepair and replace defective equipment, fixtures, and systems as needed.\nRespond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.\nCoordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair services.\nMonitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.\nParticipate in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs.\nSupport sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives within the facilities.\nWhat we are looking for\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in facilities management or related field preferred.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.\nStrong knowledge of Compressed Air Systems, Chiller Operations, Boiler Operations, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.\nAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nPhysical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environmental conditions.\nProficiency with maintenance management software and basic computer skills.\nRelevant certifications (e.g., HVAC certification, electrical license) are a plus.\nAdditional Information:\nThis position may require occasional evening or weekend work.\nMust be able to respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of normal working hours.\nA valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.\nWhat’s in it for you\nAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:\n$60,690.00 - $85,680.00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.\nCompetitive Benefit Package*\n\nPaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!\n\nLearning & Development Opportunities\n\nKenvuer Impact Networks\n\nThis list could vary based on location/region\n\n*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
