You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to translate market, customer and business insights into a reliable and unbiased demand plan.\nYou will combine strong analytics with business judgment, challenge assumptions and provide transparency on risks and opportunities to support service, inventory and business performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and continuously improve the demand forecast for the assigned portfolio.\nReview statistical forecasts and integrate relevant business drivers, including promotions, customer developments, market trends and portfolio changes.\nMonitor forecast accuracy and bias, identify root causes and drive appropriate corrective actions.\nLead cross-functional forecast alignment with Sales, Marketing and Finance as part of the IBP process.\nTranslate commercial assumptions and Building Blocks into measurable demand impacts and challenge assumptions where appropriate.\nIdentify and communicate key demand risks and opportunities.\nManage demand planning for promotions, new product introductions, relaunches and product discontinuations.\nPartner with Supply Planning to identify and mitigate supply-demand imbalances and support service and inventory objectives.\nSupport SLOB prevention through effective demand and lifecycle planning.\nDrive continuous improvement, standardization and exception-based ways of working in Demand Planning.\nWhat we are looking for\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.\nRelevant experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Commercial Planning, Finance or a comparable analytical role.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business insights into quantitative demand assumptions.\nGood understanding of forecasting and demand planning principles.\nStrong Excel skills; experience with SAP and advanced planning systems is an advantage.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to constructively challenge assumptions.\nStructured, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style with a continuous improvement mindset.\nFluent English;
