For more information, click here.\nRole reports to:\nWarehouse ManagerLocation:\nEurope/Middle East/Africa, Sweden, Skane, HelsingborgWork Location:\nFully OnsiteWhat you will do\nThe Distribution Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and routing outbound shipments, analyzing transportation opportunities to improve service, and ensuring timely order release and delivery. You will coordinate with carriers control towers and internal teams to monitor shipments.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Planning, Warehouse, Production, and Customer teams to secure effective distribution workflows and align shipment processes.\nPlan and schedule domestic and international outbound freight shipments to ensure timeliness and compliance with customer shipping standards.\nExpand monthly and weekly production requirements into daily schedules, allocating SKUs to shop floor work centers to optimize outbound flow and operational efficiency.\nDevelop and maintain accurate production and transportation schedules, proactively communicating issues, delays, deviations, or capacity constraints to internal and external stakeholders.\nAllocate net production requirements to dedicated transport lanes while balancing customer demands and production needs.\nEnsure warehouse and forwarder capacity aligns with planned schedule timelines.\nProvide recommendations to Operations regarding resource adjustments, overtime, or subcontracting to balance overall capacity.\nOrganize and coordinate with stakeholders to validate schedules and support service level objectives.\nShare timely updates with the MPS Planner regarding capacity and manpower-related constraints and resolutions.\nDefine optimal scheduling sequences in alignment with Plant operations.\nWork with dedicated forwarders to develop and implement solutions that improve performance and service levels.\nProvide alternative scheduling scenarios to support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) decision-making.\nAnalyze distribution, transportation, and inventory data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend actionable process enhancements.\nResolve customer delivery-related complaints and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives within the supported processes.\nWhat we are looking for\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Business, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or Logistics.\n1-3 years of related experience in transportation, logistics, distribution analysis, or logistics coordination.\nFundamental functional skills in distribution analysis, logistics coordination.\nBasic proficiency in data analytics tools and computer skills including MS Office.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills.\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience working within global or regional matrix organizations with cross-functional collaboration.\nExpertise in transportation and warehousing operations.\nProficiency in optimization methodologies such as Lean.\nCommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build partnerships internally and externally.\nUnderstanding end-to-end supply chain processes with a customer-centric approach.\nCreative mindset to develop solutions for distribution challenges.\nKenvue Helsingborg\nThe Kenvue site in Helsingborg, Sweden is the home of the strong and growing brand NICORETTE®, a global market leader in smoking cessation.
