Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, this role combines marketplace key account management, distributor operations, eCommerce marketing partnership, budget and profitability management, and cross functional coordination with local brand and regional teams. The successful candidate will translate strategy into practical, measurable business outcomes.\n\nKey Responsibilitie s\n1. Commercial Performance, Budget & Profitability\nOwn day to day sales and commercial performance across Trendyol, Amazon, Hepsiburada, Yemeksepeti, Getir and other relevant channels.\nDevelop and execute marketplace specific commercial plans, pricing, assortment and promotional calendars aligned with brand priorities.\nOwn budget tracking, commercial investment monitoring, profitability analysis and recurring financial performance reporting.\nPrepare forecasts and performance reviews; explain actuals versus budget, sales, margin and spending variances, and recommend corrective actions.\nEvaluate promotional economics, investment returns and platform profitability to support sustainable growth.\nPartner with the Head of eCommerce on annual planning, financial decisions and investment approvals.\n2. Distributor Management & Marketplace Operations\nOwn the day to day relationship with the eCommerce distributor and third party operations partner.\nCoordinate order preparation, purchase order follow up, replenishment planning, fulfillment and operational issue resolution.\nLead monthly distributor reconciliations, validating sales, inventory, returns and applicable operational and financial records; resolve discrepancies with Finance and partners.\nMonitor stock levels, inventory health, sell through, aging and out of stock risks; drive availability and stock optimization.\nEnsure accurate marketplace listings, pricing, campaign implementation and customer facing execution.\nWork with Supply Chain, Finance and logistics stakeholders to improve service levels and operational efficiency.\n3. Brand Partnership & eCommerce Marketing\nAct as a key stakeholder and commercial partner for local brand teams in eCommerce marketing planning and execution.\nTranslate brand strategies, innovation launches and campaign priorities into platform specific activation plans.\nCollaborate closely with brand, media and agency teams on retail media, sponsored search, display and marketplace visibility initiatives.\nConnect media plans to commercial objectives, availability, content quality, pricing and conversion.\nReview campaign KPIs, ROAS and business contribution with agencies and recommend optimization.\nEnsure consistent brand representation and effective digital shopper experience across marketplaces.\n4. Digital Shelf & Conversion Excellence\nOwn digital shelf standards for titles, descriptions, images, attributes and enhanced content.\n Improve search visibility, discoverability, product page quality and conversion performance.\nTrack content compliance, availability, search rankings, ratings and reviews; act on gaps.\nUse competitor benchmarking and shopper insights to prioritize improvements.\n5. Analytics, Reporting & Business Insights\nDeliver regular platform, brand and SKU level reporting on sales, traffic, conversion, budget, margin, profitability and operational KPIs.\nTranslate data into commercial recommendations, clear priorities and corrective actions.\nMeasure promotional effectiveness, investment efficiency and marketplace growth drivers.\nImprove dashboards, reporting processes and analytical automation where practical.\n6. Regional & Cross Functional Stakeholder Management\nMaintain active communication with regional eCommerce and commercial teams, sharing market updates, business performance and local requirements.\nCoordinate regional initiatives and ensure local execution aligns with agreed regional priorities.\nWork closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and media teams.\nManage relationships with marketplaces, distributor, external agencies and service providers, ensuring follow through and accountability.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or a related field.\n4-6 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, marketplace key account management or commercial roles.\nHands on understanding of Turkish marketplaces, preferably Trendyol, Amazon and Hepsiburada.\nExperience in commercial planning, budget management, profitability reporting and promotional execution.\nUnderstanding of distributor operations, order coordination, inventory management and reconciliation processes.\nStrong analytical skills and advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.\nFluent Turkish and English, written and spoken.\nPreferred\nExperience in FMCG, consumer health, beauty or personal care.\nExposure to retail media, digital shelf tools, Power BI or marketplace owned platform and analytics.\nExperience working with brand teams, regional stakeholders, agencies and third party operating partners.\nKey Competencies\nCommercial ownership and financial discipline.\nHands on operational execution and distributor management.\nCross functional influence, agility and continuous improvement.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nSustainable marketplace sales growth with disciplined budget and profitability management.\nAccurate monthly distributor reconciliations, reliable order execution and healthy inventory.\nStrong partnership with brand and regional teams, resulting in effective eCommerce marketing activation.\nBetter product availability, digital shelf quality, visibility and conversion.\nClear, actionable performance reporting and proactive issue resolution.\nKenvue is now part of Kimberly-Clark.
