For more information, click here.\nRole reports to:\nDirector External Manufacturing MakeLocation:\nNorth America, United States, New Jersey, SummitWork Location:\nHybridWhat you will do\nThe EM Commercialization Make Manager within Self - Care is responsible for the coordination of new product launch, life cycle management activity and network projects at Kenvue’s external manufacturing locations. In a project management capacity, the EM Make Manager will lead a cross-functional team through operational aspects of project planning, site on-boarding, scale-up, and commercial validation of new products and projects impacting or enhancing existing products. The EM Make Manager will develop or contribute to the development of a project timelines, host recurring meetings to track progress, and drive progress in achieving key project milestones. The EM Make Manager will also be responsible for coordinating critical KPIs to the EM Make Self-Care related to Service, Reliability, Cost & Financials and Site performance management.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and launch new product introduction, network and life cycle management projects on-time\nPartner closely with base business external manufacturing leaders to resolve product supply issues\nLead cross-functional meetings with internal and external business partners to achieve key project milestones\nCoordinate the validation and scale-up strategies to ensure product supply requirements are met\nProactively identify and mitigate any potential risks that would have impact to delivering key project milestones\nSupport external manufacturing team site objectives for performance, agility, reliability of supply, purchasing, inventory control, and capacity management\nCollaborate with cross-functional business partners including PMO, R&D, Make, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure the successful execution of key project milestones, resource allocation, and on-time launch\nCommunicate project risks, key findings, and project/program updates in a logical and structured manner to senior management and other business stakeholders\nCoordinate critical KPI management to enable the achievement of goals on Service, Reliability, Cost & Financials and Site performance management\nAdditional Responsibilities Include:\nResolve raw material, components, and finished good quality & GMP issues\nIssue purchase orders for materials and equipment in accordance with project requirements\nProvide training, support, and advisement to cross-functional business partners to ensure project launch success\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution, reduce project costs, and increase operational efficiencies\nSupport the implementation of network strategy decisions to consolidate, on-board, or expand our network of external manufacturing sites\nCoordinate and lead root cause analysis, risk mitigation plans, and solution identification with internal and external business partners\nWhat we are looking for\nRequired Qualifications:\nThe qualified candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. MBA or advanced degree is preferred\nA minimum of 8 years related experience or an MBA with 4 years related experience. Related areas include Supply Chain/Operations, External Manufacturing, Project Management, Technical Transfer, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain Sourcing, Product Development, R&D, and/or Supply Planning\nExperience working with Manufacturing Operations in a GMP environment\nStrong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable solutions\nEffective verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\nDemonstrated project management experience, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage dynamic timelines, and drive cross-functional collaboration\nAbility to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProject Management Training and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified\nPrior knowledge of advanced planning systems such as ERP, MRP, and/or SAP\nExperience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools, training and/or certification\nWhat’s in it for you\nAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:\n$124,100.00 - $175,200.00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.\nCompetitive Benefit Package*\n\nPaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!\n\nLearning & Development Opportunities\n\nKenvuer Impact Networks\n\nThis list could vary based on location/region\n\n*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
