For more information, click here.\nWhat You Will Do\nThis position is responsible for implementing and executing a comprehensive maintenance program in Utility Area- including preventive, planned, corrective, and predictive maintenance - while ensuring strict adherence to safety and GMP standards. The role also plays a key part in driving a culture of continuous improvement and digitalization within the team.\nKey Responsibilities\n· Implement preventive, planned, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs in compliance with GMP and safety standards.\n· Supervise and perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting during equipment breakdowns.\n· Monitor, analyse, and report on machine performance indicators (OEE, MTTR, MTBF).\n· Ensure proper management and organization of spare parts and engineering inventory.\n· Lead and propose technical improvement projects to support efficiency and reliability.\n· Oversee the maintenance of utilities and plant facilities.\n· Familiar with utility/facility equipment ( Boiler, Air compressor, HVAC, Water Treatment Plant, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Cooling tower, Chiller water, Powerhouse, Electric Distribution (high and low voltage), Fire Suppression System, Etc. )\n· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and digitalization across the maintenance team.\n· Guide and develop technician competencies in both technical and soft skills.\n· Collaborate with regional/global SMEs and manage key stakeholders to align on best practices and initiatives.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\n· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\n· Minimum 5 years of experience in Utility and Facilities within a Pharma manufacturing setting.\n· Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and tools (preventive, corrective, predictive maintenance).\n· Proven leadership in managing technical teams.\n· Familiarity with equipment performance metrics (OEE, MTTR, MTBF).\n· Understanding of GMP, GEP procedures, safety standards, and compliance in regulated environments.\n· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.\nDesired Qualifications\n· Experience in maintenance of utilities and plant facilities.\n· Exposure to digital tools and systems (e.g., CMMS, IoT monitoring systems).\n· Track record of initiating or leading improvement projects.\n· Experience working with global teams or in a matrix
