For more information, click here.\nRole reports to:\nSenior Maintenance and Facilities ManagerLocation:\nNorth America, Canada, Ontario, GuelphWork Location:\nFully OnsiteWhat you will do\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the execution of Facilities department activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and GMP requirements. This role is responsible for coordinating facility operations, maintenance programs, compliance initiatives, investigations, audits, training activities, and documentation processes that support a highly regulated manufacturing environment.\nThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in facilities management within a GMP-regulated setting.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain preventive maintenance and calibration standards, planning, and scheduling programs in CMMS Maximo.\nEstablish procedures and conduct facility studies to improve industrial health and safety and identify potential hazards.\nMonitor and report facility performance metrics related to GMP compliance and preventive maintenance programs.\nLead facility improvement projects and collaborate with consulting engineers on equipment and facility specifications, design reviews, and project execution.\nCoordinate and manage relationships with external facility vendors and contractors.\nAnalyze and trend facility data to support operational improvements and compliance initiatives.\nLead investigations, CAPAs, and change controls while ensuring documentation accuracy and adherence to established timelines.\nDevelop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), risk assessments, and qualification protocols.\nSupport record retention activities and ensure compliance with document management requirements.\nAssist in maintaining contractor GMP compliance and supporting company-wide quality and compliance programs.\nWork closely with Quality Assurance, EHS, Manufacturing, and other functional teams to resolve issues, remove obstacles, and facilitate critical compliance-related decisions.\nRepresent the Facilities department during audits, inspections, and compliance reviews, coordinating responses to observations as required.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.\nExperience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing, pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, food, or similar environment.\nKnowledge of preventive maintenance and calibration programs.\nExperience using CMMS systems, preferably Maximo.\nUnderstanding of GMP requirements, CAPA processes, change controls, investigations, and risk assessments.\nStrong project coordination and vendor management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting regulatory inspections and audits.\nKnowledge of quality systems and documentation practices in a regulated environment.\nProject management experience within facilities or engineering functions.\nWhat’s in it for you\nAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$61,000.00 - $97,175.00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.\nCompetitive Benefit Package*\n\nPaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!\n\nLearning & Development Opportunities\n\nKenvuer Impact Networks\n\nThis list could vary based on location/region\n\n*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
